This is Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls, a childhood favorite cartoon of mine.
It based this off of her future design in the episode "City of Clipsville".
This would be her stat sheet, based off of my ideas.
I plan on making stats for the other two girls and the RRBs too. If you have any ideas, feel free to send them.
